Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of InvoiceDistrict, which is sold by Mogomotsi Hawk Dingalo (sole proprietor trading as InvoiceDistrict). If the product is not a fit, you can request a refund within 90 days of your original order date for any reason — no questions asked.
How refunds are handled
Payments for InvoiceDistrict are processed by PayPal. When a refund is approved, we issue it through PayPal and the funds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@invoicedistrict.com with the email address used at checkout and we will process the refund through PayPal.
Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of approval.
After the 90-day period
After 90 days from your original order date, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis (for example, in the event of a service outage or accidental duplicate charge). Email support@invoicedistrict.com and we will look into it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or directly in your PayPal account. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.
